Known Issues

Thank you for testing the new e-resource links! We appreciate your support during this phase of implementation.

There are a few known issues that may appear when testing the new e-resource links. If you experience the below or any other issue, we would appreciate your support by providing us with screen-shots, browser and version, etc. Additionally, if you resolve an issue, please let us know the issue and how you resolved it.

List of Known Issues

  1. Security Warning Message
    In some browsers, users may be presented with a Security Warning message.  The warning itself and the directions for the user may vary.  We are working with the vendors to resolve the Security Warning message.

    The following are sample messages:

  2. EBSCO E-Resources
    Not all EBSCO e-resources resolve to the correct e-resource. Please let us know if this occurs for your institution.
